All prices are displayed in EUR. Prices shown on the website apply to order requests submitted through the website and may be updated at any time.
7. VAT
Displayed prices include value added tax at the standard rate of 21% unless reverse charge is applied.
8. Corporate VAT Number / Reverse Charge
If a corporate VAT number is provided at checkout, reverse charge may be displayed in the order summary. Any VAT number provided is subject to manual verification by the company. If the VAT number is invalid or cannot be verified, standard VAT treatment applies.
9. Orders
An order submitted through the website is a request to purchase. It does not create a binding contract until the company confirms the order.
10. Order Submission Is Not Payment
Submitting an order through the website does not constitute online payment. No payment is taken on the website. The company receives your order request and contacts you regarding further processing and payment.
11. Order Confirmation
After submission you receive an order number for reference. The company will contact you using the details you provided to confirm the order, availability and further arrangements.
12. Availability
Products shown as available may nevertheless become unavailable. If a requested product cannot be supplied, the company will inform you and, where possible, propose an alternative.

Payment terms are agreed individually with the customer after the order request has been received and confirmed.

21. Cancellation of Services and Subscription
Customers may request cancellation of an agreed service or Subscription by contacting CONSTRUCTA ART IK using the contact details provided on the website. Cancellation conditions may depend on the type of service, the work already performed, materials already ordered or purchased, and any individually agreed terms. If work has not yet started and no costs have been incurred, the service may be cancelled without additional charges unless otherwise agreed. If work has already started or costs have already been incurred, CONSTRUCTA ART IK may charge for the work completed and reasonable costs incurred before the cancellation request was received. For ongoing Subscription services, cancellation applies to future services after the current agreed or paid service period, unless different cancellation terms were agreed individually with the customer. Cancellation does not affect any statutory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
