According to the current website setup, shipping is included in the displayed product prices. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.
2. Delivery Area
The company is based in Jelgava, Latvia, and provides its services in Latvia. Products may be supplied to other locations subject to agreement and any applicable restrictions.
3. Delivery Arrangements
Because an order submitted through the website is an order request rather than a completed purchase, delivery method and arrangements are agreed individually with the customer after the request has been received.
4. Delivery Timing
Delivery timing depends on the product and on availability, and is confirmed with the customer when the order is confirmed. No fixed delivery period is guaranteed on this website.
5. Larger Products
Larger wooden products, such as climbing and play structures, may require separate transport arrangements. These are discussed and confirmed with the customer before delivery.
6. Checking the Delivery
Please check the delivery on receipt. If a product arrives damaged, contact the company as soon as possible so that a solution can be arranged.
