8. Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact the company as soon as possible. Statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve it directly with the customer.
